- Maintain Even Temperatures: 0.100" clear anodized aluminum heat diffuser plate embedded in the gel support maintains an even temperature over the surface of the glass. This method provides excellent results, virtually eliminating the smile effect.
- Buffer Drain Valves: Convenient push-open/ snap close valve for easy disposal of buffer, with protective base. Standard with the VS 1422. Available for VS 1417 at additional cost.
- Sturdy Construction: These large vertical sequencing units are constructed with 3/8" cast acrylic for the upright supports and base, and 1/4" cast acrylic back braces provide additional strength. Top and bottom reservoirs are made of 1/4" cast acrylic.
- Accessories Included: one set glass plates, clips and leads, and cover.

Our vinyl 1/2" wide spacers have a silicone sponge block 1/16" taller than the difference in the glass plates. The compressed sponge block seals the space above the short plate and flushes spacer with bottom of glass sandwich. Sold in sets of two. Thickness of spacers should match your comb. |

Accurately cut to size with seamed edges. Sets of two 3/16" thick glass plates. One long plate (3/4" longer than short plate) and one short plate (length given). Lengths up to 30cm are 1/8" thick. Lengths 30cm and longer are 3/16" thick.
VS 717: Actual width 8-5/16"; Usable gel width 7".
