- Vertical Gels: Formed between two 4" x 3.25" lantern glass slides, and plain spacers.
- Agarose Seal: Push assembled gel sandwich through flexible polyethylene membrane in the floor of the upper reservoir, clip to vertical supports and seal with agarose.
- Maintain Even Temperatures: Both sides of gel maintain even temperatures because it is almost entirely submerged in the upper and lower buffer.
- Accessories Included: Standard 10-tooth comb, one set of glass plates, one set of spacers, cover clips and leads. Please specify thickness of comb and spacers when ordering.
