We accept the following credit cards:
Net 30 after date of invoice with pre-authorized purchase orders only. All international orders to be paid with credit card prior to shipping. All Canadian and US invoices are to be paid in US Dollars by pre-printed check and drawn on a US Bank, or pre-paid with Visa, MasterCard or American Express. All orders without pre-authorized purchase orders are to be paid prior to shipping with a Visa, MasterCard or American Express. Additional fees will be charged when applicable.
Any unpaid invoices over 45 days are subject to 1% per month late fee of all outstanding balances. Outstanding invoices after 90 days from the date of invoice are subject to collection and a 1.5% per month late fee on all outstanding balances. All collection or arbitration expenses, attorney's fees, and court costs will be borne by the purchaser.
Shipments are sent UPS ground unless otherwise requested. Shipments are FOB shipping point. All shipping costs prepaid and added to customer invoice. If damage occurs during shipping please notify the shipper and Ellard Instrumentation Ltd immediately at 1.360.805.5406.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Washington state residents pay sales tax. Sales tax for Washington State includes shipping costs. Quoted prices expire in 30 days.
Returns must be authorized by Ellard Instrumentation Ltd. A 15% restock charge is required on merchandise accepted for return. Return transportation must be prepaid. Custom and limited production items, made to your specifications, cannot be returned.
One year limited warranty against defects in material and workmanship.
We make no claim as to the effectiveness of radiation shields or radiation storage equipment. The suitability of these items for customer's use must be determined by each laboratory's radiation safety off
